After your trial ends, you can choose to subscribe by logging into PictureMyLife, going to “My account” in the menu, and selecting “My subscriptions.”
If you represent a company, school, or organization and are interested in multiple subscriptions, please contact Johan Pauly at: johan.pauly@picturemylife.se.
If you decide not to continue, your account and all content will be deleted.
The account will be automatically closed after the 30-day trial period has ended; no further action is required on your part.
You may receive a few automatically generated emails during this period. Feel free to ignore them if you wish.

This means the diary subscription has ended. Most likely, the previously registered payment card has expired, or a prescription license (if applicable) has been terminated.
Renewing the subscription
Please contact the Admin of the diary so they can set up a new subscription. They can do this by logging in at hello.picturemylife.nl, navigating to “My account,” and adding a new subscription under “Subscription.”
If you cancel your subscription, your PictureMyLife page will remain available for 90 more days. During that time, you can print and save everything if you wish. After that, all content will be permanently deleted.
Yes, your data is completely safe. We comply with all privacy regulations and ensure that your information is only accessible to you and the people you’ve granted permission to.
Your data is stored in a European (Swedish) data center and is always encrypted. We will never sell your data for marketing purposes (see also our Terms of Use).
All content is stored as long as there is an active subscription for the diary. Once the subscription ends, the diary remains accessible for 90 days. After that, it is permanently deleted.
No, there is unlimited storage space.
Yes, you can edit a published post afterward and add photos or text. You can also choose to delete the entire post if you prefer.
Yes, you can delete a published post. Click the orange pencil (the edit icon), then click the trash bin icon in the bottom right corner to remove the post.
Yes, you can use any phone, tablet, or computer. Simply log in with your own credentials to access your PictureMyLife page—no matter which device you’re using.
Only the people you’ve invited can view, read, and respond to or write content in your diary.
Click the link in the invitation you received by email.

User roles in PictureMyLife
GDPR: At PictureMyLife, we value personal integrity and the protection of personal data. Within our platform, there are different user roles (or access levels). This ensures a safe environment where the Main User (the person the diary revolves around) is optimally protected. We also ensure our platform complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for example by using two-factor authentication.
A user with the ‘Mini’ role can:
Create a post
Comment on a post
Edit or delete their own posts or comments
The ‘Mini’ role cannot:
Edit or delete someone else’s posts
Invite others to the diary
View the communication card of the Main User
A user with the ‘Midi’ role can do everything a ‘Mini’ can, plus:

A user with the ‘Maxi’ role can:
Create a post
Comment on a post
Edit or delete posts and comments (their own and others’)
Read and edit the Main User’s communication card
Invite new users to the diary and edit or remove their roles
Log in as the Main User, only after receiving login credentials from a MAXI PLUS or Admin user
A ‘Maxi Plus’ user can do everything a ‘Maxi’ user can, plus:
Issue login credentials (certificate) to allow someone to log in as the Main User
A maximum of 15 users per diary can be assigned the MAXI PLUS role.
‘Admin’ is the role assigned to the account holder of PictureMyLife. This role is reserved for the person managing the diary subscriptions.
An Admin user can:
Create new diaries (within the number of purchased licenses)
Create, edit, or delete posts and comments (their own and others’)
View and edit the Main User’s communication card
Invite new users to the Main User’s diary and manage their roles
Log in as the Main User and issue certificates for MAXI users
The Main User is the central figure in the diary—the person the diary is about. The Main User can also receive a separate login and, as a user, do the following in PictureMyLife:
Create and edit their own posts and comments
The Main User cannot:
Edit or delete posts from others
Invite others to the diary
View the communication card
The Main User receives a unique username when the diary is created. The Admin can then assign a password, allowing the Main User to log in without using an email address and PIN code.
This is the core idea behind PictureMyLife:
You can invite up to 30 people into the diary of a single Main User.
The Main User logs in with a username and password. When logging in as the Main User, you’ll see a “cleaner” version of PictureMyLife — with fewer menu options and less distraction — offering a more focused experience.
Invited users (family, staff, friends…) receive an invitation via email. When they accept the invitation, they choose how they want to log in (instructions provided). You also assign their Access Level when sending the invitation.
Benefits of personal login credentials:
More security: Everyone is responsible for their own login details. This also helps ensure GDPR compliance.
More personal: All posts and comments are signed with the name of the user.
Easier to manage access: If someone no longer needs access, you can simply remove them
Yes, it’s easy to rearrange photos, videos, and pictograms in a post. In the web app (hello.picturemylife.nl), you can simply drag and drop them into the desired order.
No, there’s nothing you need to download. You can use PictureMyLife on your phone, tablet, or computer via a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).

If you check “keep me logged in,” the web app will remember you.
Once logged in, you can choose to stop using a PIN code if that’s more convenient for you. See this video.

No, all you need is a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Explorer) and an internet connection.
To turn off notifications, go to the ‘Diary settings’ for each diary and uncheck the notification option.
Please note: this setting is personal. Each invited user can choose whether or not they want to receive notifications.
