Regarding the Agreement for the PictureMyLife Diary

From General Terms and Conditions, paragraph 4.2:

To the extent that PictureMyLife processes personal data on behalf of the Subscriber, the parties have entered into a separate Data Processing Agreement.

In addition, the person who publishes content in the Diary is responsible for what they publish. This means that such person is considered the data controller for the personal data processing resulting from that publication.
